What does the role mean?
Customer Success Manager is a key role, as you represent our company and are the customer's contact. We see you as operationally responsible for the customer and you are offered a unique opportunity to develop our new and existing customers who are present in all industries, both in the private and the public sector. It's about onboarding, setting up the customer in our platform and making sure that the customer gets the effect of our proven concept. The courses can be information security, governance, entire training packages and academies. It also means identifying and meeting needs based on the customer's current situation. Regardless, the key is to create the opportunity for the best customer results from the NanoLearning concept. You will be part of an international team of CSMs.
